Non-airport private car reservations can only be booked offline because this is a custom service we offer. Please call our office 502-817-3647 or send an email to reservations@louisvilletransport.com for this service. Refunds will be issued for any non-airport private car services booked online in error.

Pickup and drop-off services are available for non-airport reservations with a (3) hour minimum per vehicle requirement. Please call or email us to setup your reservation offline.

The above rates are considered point-to-point round-trip flat rates within a 12 mile radius of the metro Louisville city center. Local reservations outside of that perimeter will be subject to a $25.00 surcharge each way.
Reservations made outside of our advertised business hours of, 6AM to 8PM, will be subject to a minmum surcharge of $25.00 each way

Any cancellations that are made within 48 hours before the service date is subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and is at the discretion of management.

THESE RATES NOR SERVICE AVAILABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE KENTUCKY DERBY FESTIVAL PERIOD EACH YEAR.

ANY DELAYS FOR AIRPORT ARRIVAL PICKUPS THAT ARE BEYOND A 30 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FROM THE ORIGINAL AIRLINE ARRIVAL TIME, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR OR FRACTION THEREOF UNTIL THE TRANSPORT TAKES PLACE.

THIS SURCHARGE WILL BE BASED ON THE HOURLY OR FLAT RATE FOR THE SERVICE OR,
ETS MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE A COURTESY ONE-TIME SURCHARGE OF A $50.00 MINIMUM AS AN ALTERNATIVE AT THEIR DISCRECTION.
